Power-up change

Changed the last power-up's effects from "Extra power" to "Water Traversal".

It still has the same effect on progressing through the level but is simply more interesting than blasting a shot over the hazards.

Also a minor change in removing the first level barrier, it changes color to be blackened or burned before disappearing. Doesn't have any effect gameplay-wise.
